As the Catering Manager you will be responsible for the management the catering function within the hostel, both front and back of house. You will be responsible for the management and control the F B budget whilst ensuring best practice. Working closely with and developing team members you will ensure professional development and delivery of excellent levels of service at all customer contact points. You will Co-ordinate the function to provide the best possible quality food and drink.
Ideally we are looking for individuals with: •A proven ability of, or able to demonstrate, management of teams, preferably within a similar environment. •Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry and able to demonstrate knowledge of current tourist industry standards •Evidence of food beverage / catering management and operational delivery in food service and menu planning
