Position Description

YHA Thameside requires a talented individual to join their team. As a valued Team Member at the YHA your role will be checking guests in and helping them with all aspects of their stay, dealing with enquiries face to face and taking bookings via the telephone and via e mail. You may also be required to help in other areas of the hostel duties include serving food and drinks from the Cafe/Bar.

This is a live out position – no accommodation is provided with this role.

Required Experience

What do you need to be a Team Member in London with YHA?

We are looking for individuals with experience in the hospitality industry, however, we will train applicants who can demonstrate the desire and drive to work in the industry. Most importantly we are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for travel and love meeting new people.

Quays caf/bar and the Traders Gallery restaurant cater for our customers needs. This busy hostel is very popular with groups and offers 320 beds.
